Extasee58865, I know it seems absolutely CRAZY to up your calorie intake. It's easy to fall into the mind that less calories means more weight loss.

It doesn't.

I was eating between 800-1,200 calories, losing 1 to 2 1/2lbs a week. I've read an various diet sites that dipping below 1,200 puts your body in a starvation mode and it just isn't healthy! I was scared to do this because I thought I wouldn't do as well...but I found out it is true.

I up'd my intake to 1,500 - 1,600 calories a day, and I make sure I eat that. I may go to 1,400; but I no longer go below this. And you want to know my result?

I was down 3.6lbs for my 11/5 weigh in & down 3.3lbs for my 11/12 weigh in.

I was running very short on calories today. Was very busy and only had time for meals, no snacks. So I decided I would try the apples and peanut butter. So I faithfully measure out 15g of PB and by the time I licked the spoon it was gone!

Who made up these serving sizes anyway? Some things just weren't meant to be served in small portions
I hope some of the replies helped you, and am sorry it went so off kilter Enjoy the PB
