Looks like everyone's taking a break from posting, but I'm going to make a serious effort to keep it up - NO EXCUSES!!! I'm still walking, just not posting. Got another 10.25 in since my last post, even though I was away for 4 days, so I'm up to 18.75/50.
Oh I have been slacking too....I knew that this month was going to be pretty hard for me since I was going out of town and all but I just feel like I have been pushing myself so hard so I have been taking it easy. So I really hope that I can get back on my game.
I would like to join an upcoming challenge. Does anyone do spinning for their miles? How do you determine how many miles you are spinning? How about rebounding? If I were to rebound for twenty minutes, can I say that it's worth a mile?

rebounding is the mini trampoline.
Are there a certain group of things you are allowed to do to make the miles for this group?
If not, since I walk a mile in about 15 minutes, I will give myself credit for a mile with 15 minutes on the rebounder. Does that sound o.k.?
Is anyone else spinning (stationary bike) for miles?
My spin bike does not have an odometer on it, so I don't know how to estimate mileage.

I did three miles on a stationary bike at the gym today. Also added in the miles I did earlier in the month before I joined the challenge. I can't make 50 mile by the end of the week, but there will be another challenge in September, won't there?
