I have...

WATP's Walk Silm
-2 Mile Faith Walk
-the 3 Workouts in 1
-and the woman's walk from nutriysytem

TBL's Power Sculpt

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

Core Ball for Beginners & Beyond

Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease disc 1

and Meditation for beginners

I also have a belly dancing one and this dance off one or whatever its called. But I cant do them, because I get bored during the belly dancing one..and I live on the 2nd floor, so bouncing around would probably make my downstairs neighbors hate us even more, if I did that dancing dvd.

Morning!

Francie - mmm... meditation for beginners sounds right up my alley! I love guided meditation for getting me out of my head.

Well all, I had my aunt over for dinner last night, and it was fabulous! It was so fun to sit and talk. I even got my house clean for the occasion! Haha!

Hope everyone is having a glorious day!

Cool Hey Ya'All

Hey Ya'all

Well its FRIDAY -- MY FRIDAY!
Yippeee!!! YAHOO! Woo-pee! Running out of words there. lol.

Well we got news that one guy on DH's team that works dayshift, is going to be put on weekend -- nights, what DH works now. So that means either him or his current co-worker is being bumped off that shift. DH called our boss and tried to get him to tell him what schedule he got, but the boss would not say......said he'd call him tomorrow...........So we are all wondering now who is going to what shift. At least I know......lol. OH and guess what? My boss approved my time off for next month too! This is totally freaking me out! Why is he being so nice?? lol. I guess just enjoy it while I can!!! lol.

Man it was SOOOO Gorgeous on my way into work tonight.......Very tough to go in!!!

Hope -- Yes it is nice having positives at work. See? I can be positive about my work. lol. Glad you had a good bday. Coconut -- ick. lol. But glad you enjoyed it. WTG on the weightloss!

Cathy -- Yeah I hate it, its like it ruins your whole day being late. I like to be early, so you have time to get settled, etc.......before starting work. I don't see how people can stand coming in at 1 minute til and signing in! lol.

Francie -- Glad that you seen your dr and hope the therapy goes well for ya! I have a version of WATP. Its not with that lady, but another one, same concept though. I also have a Kathy Smith -- Burn and Firm I think. That one I wanted to reach out and hurt that chick, but I am sure if I did it often enough, it defiitely would work! Speaking of a co worker of mine, a guy, likes to belly dance......lol. But he says he lost weight from doing it! I live on a second floor too, but I am lucky my neighbor downstairs travels a lot so he isn't home all the time.

Big Everybody!!!

What have I been up to? AHH! My life is nuts.

I've literally been working non-stop: I am a Montessori teacher. So, I work until 3 every day and then babysit most afternoons or evenings, work at a winery on the weekends and am also working on a website my friends just launched this week.

And sometimes I hang out with friends.

It seems crazy to stay so busy and the last time I did this to my life, I burned out....but if I give myself too much free time I eat, sleep and watch t.v. to a fault.

I will start posting my daily scheds and see if that helps me put things into perspective: I OVERBOOK MYSELF!

Starting today:

8-3 School
3:30-6 babysit
6 and on- website work, t.v. in background...on couch most of evening working on website and browsing other sites, except to make dinner and do some laundry

And now it's bedtime.

yup. AHHHH

Wow Jerzy, you are booked up.

I applied to Barnes and Noble and to Dress Barn today. Both would be part time if they hired me. In the mean time, my friend from pool said that the hiring manager (from the job I STILL haven't heard from) got my thank you note I sent last week and was very impressed. She said he was showing it to everyone and said he had never gotten one before. Well then, why doesn't he just call me???? Aarrgghh.. What do I have to do? OK, moving on...

I had terrible cramps today and ended up taking a nap. I didn't get any exercise in between the job hunting, house and puppy stuff, and sleeping. I did however get plenty of leftover cake in! Again, moving on...

Amarie: sounds like a nice evening. Nothing like company to get the house clean.

Shop: glad you have an appointment. Good idea about the DVD's.

Iris: I feel your pain. Right there with ya.

Sassy: We finally had a nice day without rain too. I usually really like rain, but it's not as much fun if you are potty training puppies!

Francie -- yeah I know, I thought it was funny too, but whatever floats ones boat I guess. lol.

Jerzy -- Wow your one busy chick. Be sure to *Breathe* lol

Hope -- yeah I can imagine potty training puppies in the rain defiitely not too fun. lol. About the job, have no idea why the guy doesn't just call ya. If he doesn't, well then its his loss!

Sigh.........only 6 hrs and 42 minutes left.........

Not better with my weight right now...I have been exercising alot but eating alot as well I guess. I hate that! Yoga has been going well, meditation is coming along and I have finally gotten up the motivation to up my cardio again so here is hoping that works!

Leenie! LOVE your avatar!!!! So cool! And coffee....my precious!!! (Just think Gollum from LOTR)

Shop: I am so sorry about your Mom...I lost my FIL (he was my Dad in my heart) and it still hurts so much... Big hugs to you...hang in there...

Morning all!

I overslept today, so I feel like I'm rushing everywhere!

ravengirl! I glad you joined the chat! If you've been reading, you know that these are some of the BEST ladies on the forum - very supportive!

Sassy - you sound like me - people start being nice to me at work and I start looking behind me all the time and trying to figure out what they're planning! Any chance you and DH will end up on the same shift then, if they change his? That would be cool.

Jerzy - eek, you are busy gal! Wowsa!

Hope - ahhh.... B&N. Sometimes when I really hate my job I dream of chucking it and going to work there. I used to work at B Dalton (same co.) and absolutely loved it. Seriously, they paid me to be around books all day. Sigh.

Francie - oh, man. I gotta go find a link a friend of mine sent me of a male bellydancer. He was amazingly good, but it made me crack up! I used to b-dance, but as with just about everything else I enjoyed I dropped it when my depression got really bad.

Woops, gotta go - calculus is calling!

Jerzy~Wow..remember to schedule in some "me" time for yourself.

Hope~Good luck with the jobs!!! I love B&N!! I thought about applying there once..but I figured I would spend too much time looking at books for myself then actually working, lol.

Raven~ Sorry about your FIL

Amarie~I would love to see the male belly dancer!! LoL!! I hope you start b-dancing again. It could help..

Okay, I just woke up..so nothing much to say, lol. I'm thinking of grabbing some yogurt and reading my book on the couch in a little bit...OoO..my shows FINALLY come back on tonight!! So I'm very excited about that.

Hi everyone!

Not much to report from this end. Just wanted to pop in and say Hi!

Think I may take B to the after hours clinic after school as she is on week three of a migraine and A informed me this morning that B got dizzy and had to grab the rail while going down the stairs at school yesterday. Plus she took 12 extra strength tylenol yesterday, not good. I wish she would let me know how bad things are and let me see if we could get some extra help. I'm expecting C to not be feeling so great when she gets home either as its the "milk run" at lunch and she is insisting on running in it. So I would expect her broken toe will be hurting some when she is done even though we taped it really well this morning. She did go back to judo last night, but they just practiced arm bars. At least the sun is trying to shine and I think we are above freezing! I sure hope these unseasonable cold temps are over with.

Anyway I should get going I'm dealing with my own headache today and I have a few things I have to do before I can "check out"

Take care everyone and have a wonderful day!

OK - here's the link to the male b-dancer that my friend sent. I have no idea what is being said as I don't speak the language, but the dancing is pretty awesome.

I'm off - see yas tomorrow!

okay my day so far:

8-3:30 school
3:30-4:45 meeting with peeps about website
5:30-7:30 school picnic

I might go to a friends for t.v. But that's at 9 and I wouldn't get home until 11:30. I don't think I have that in me!

Weekend is also busy, but with friends so should be fun.

I am considering parking on this couch all night....although...eek! I have to clean for the houseguests this weekend.
