It is amazing to see the change. I have to admit, I saw the after pictures, and I KNOW I didn't look that good at 238! Congratulations!

WOW!!!! I had to check several times to make sure I read the "40" correctly. You look like a whole new body! Congratulations -- especially doing it with injuries!
