Sometimes I get a big rush out of exercise. Other times, when I'm trying to get myself to go out, I feel it's a huge burden, something I have to do to lose or maintain weight. Then there are times when I hurt myself exercising. That can get me charged up if I have options but mostly I'm beginning to think that it's just a desperate and alien behavior that isn't going to end in success.

When I was going to the gym I use to hate the fact of even going there. But once I got there and I did 20 minutes on the bikes, I felt better about myself. After some weight lifting and using machines to tone, I'd be all sweaty but I'd feel amazing. When I left I was tired, but, I felt great.
