BREAKFAST: 4 pumpkin pancakes w/ maple syrup [made them low-fat!]
2 soy sausage patties
coffee w/ ff milk
6 oz, orange juice
LUNCH:'taco salad'--1/3 c. chili, 1/3 c. rice, 1/2 c. steamed brocolli over greens w/ 3 tbsp. shredded cheddar
peppermint patty
DINNER: 9-grain bagel w/ ff cheese, veg. 'turkey', lettuce, peppers, onion, mustard
SNACKS: 2 handfuls candy corn
2 pcs. asiago baguette [yum...]
WATER: 6 glasses
EXERCISE: 75 min. walk
Live and learn...the asiago cheese bread whispered to me all day so I won't be buying that again. Why torture myself?
And the candy corn makes me sick every time but it tastes so good this time of year. At least it's fat-free!
