Well... I am a week late, but I completed the hancock tower... and did another 40 flights. My lower half hurts so bad, but I will try and stretch extra today to put in some more. I doubt I will get to 150 by the end of today... but maybe another 50. Keep it up.
I just wanted to check in and see how my fellow climbers were doing! I've been down for the count with the flu so I haven't been to the gym in about a week. I'm going to go tonight but I'm starting small since I'm not 100% better yet. Hopefully I'll be back to climbing by the end of the week.

Woot woot... well I've been going to the gym pretty much every night after work so I make sure that I hop on and do about 10-20 minutes on the stairs every night to get them in
Last night I did 10 minutes for a total of 26 flights so I'm up to 188 total.
