Carol Sue Have you gotten back to your exercises? That would help bring the bs down. I can tell when I'm not exercising enough.
I don't think I can eat on a schedule especially follow the rules even to eat what they say starves cancer. It just makes me feel so stuffed especially with me trying to drink the fluids they want me to drink. Water and liquids make me feel stuffed before I even eat anything. I just can't put all that stuff on my belly. I am thinking about going back to IF/IE. I want to go see my sister one day this week and think I will take the fruit I bought to my niece and her DH and DBIL. I realize it is fiber they say I should eat, but I have never liked that heavy feeling in my stomach and don't think this woe is going to work for me. I think that is why I've always like low carb woe is that it doesn't make me feel stuffed.
Weight was down .2 lb. I'll take it. FBG 115 from the carbs I'm eating to get the benefits of fiber. BP is good these days. I'm glad to have a good meter that reads my true reading because I'm finding that my bp is actually normal.

. I was so excited to see that number. FBG up to 115 and my ketones .7 so I'm either out of ketosis or only have a trace of ketones. I need to look that up again. This shows that I do better eating 2 meals a day and limit cheese in order to stay in ketosis. If I was just dieting to lose weight, I could deal with this as is, but since I'm fighting cancer and I've read cancer cells don't like ketones, I need to stay in ketosis.
