    It's TGIF and I'm off from work today I hope everyone has a great on plan weekend.

    I made my monthly goal yesterday, weighing in at 142.8. So, I'm super excited going into the weekend and looking forward to the next challenge

  • Congrats to everyone that hit goal and especially everyone that may not have hit, but has seen progress!

    Been bouncing around a pound or two this week. Very stressful week with only a few workouts. Gonna commit to working out each day and eating real clean. Hopefully I can reach my first mini-goal, the much coveted Onederland!

  • Sorry I didn't post yesterday, I did read everyone's though. Yesterday my youngest turned 1! So we had her party. Of course, it ended up being only family like it always is.. Anyways. I did great at the party, I didn't eat any cake, and instead of having egg salad sandwiches, I just ate a few spoonfuls of egg salad. and we took the kids putt putting and to get ice cream and I "cheated" with sugar free ice cream, and I was sure that was going to make me gain, but...
    I lost -0.8! so yay

    So far my goal was 15 pounds. I've lost 11. Even if I don't get my goal (fat chance I will) I still realize I have lost 11 pounds, that's still great!!

    lovelyleah- Oh that sucks! When I was having false labor with my daughter they were like, "we're going to give you a morphine shot and send you on your way" I was ok with that, then they come in and said to flip over. I was like "WHAT?!" that hurt soooooo bad.

  • I feel so unwell. Oddly enough the only food that sounds even remotely appetizing is extremely greasy fried food. That's usually not the type of food you want when you're nauseous and feeling pukey.
