Kraft makes a reduced fat parmesan style grated cheese topping but it's hard to find. Sometimes I just use shredded FF cheddar cheese.

. I'm at my goal weight and in Phase 3 so I AM eating, but I'm only eating breakfast and my phase 2 meals. Sorry for ranting, but what's the deal with people trying to sabotage those of us getting it done??
