  • "my name is khan" - sooo sad!!!

What's with my guy friends playing a funny movie like Birdcage right before they make me watch a movie that causes me to leak out of my eyes?

That's my two cents for the tk pile. after staying up into the wee hours of the morning, Nearly 4:30am, I better crash...

Oh heck no! I had light and dark brown saddle shoes.....

    I was fashionable....

    not ridiculous!

  • Sooooooooooooooo....

  • I can't believe TK made it throught the night !
  • Welcome back, Zan. This thread needs all the help it can get.

In the 80s I wore platform shoes, I think. In the 50's it was penny loafers or white and black saddle shoes ... not that any of you youngsters care about the 50s.
  • I remember Sloppy Joe sweaters and dirty saddle shoes, I bet no one can top that.
  • Well I most certainly do Ruth since I was born in '54!

Now that I think about it Bargoo those brown saddle shoes were worn with my paisley shirts and purple or yellow bell bottom corduroy pants in the early '70's.....

see how we come to life when ZAN comes back....yipeee
  • And then there were Nehru jackets. I bet EZ wore one of those.

In the sixties I had this great suede vest with a beaded fringe. I was a "cool" suburban mommy - two kids, dog, cat, station wagon and boring husband. Some memories I'd just as soon forget!
