  • Theyre talking bout a release date because she isn't cooperating but shes being difficult and angry that her son moved in and pissed that the other one is staying with us and doesn't want to be at home alone. She's just drama and annoying to be honest. His whole family is a stress to me. Sad to say, but its true. I just wanna move away but I love my family to much to leave.

    At work right now. Here till 8:30. Can't wait for that to come so i can sleep. then only 4 hours tomorrow and then i'm free til monday!

    Been to the gym a couple times, not much but still maintaining a steady weight. Eating is crap too = ( But veggies and salads and stuff make me wanna puke still.

    AJ- My trick is to get on birth control. it's worked both times. I wouldn't suggest it to the average trying couples though lol Hows the diet?

    Burgandy- I'm jealous of the hubby. I can't lose weight for anythign either when I am trying. I love workout dvds and I miss them. I have turbo jam and hip hop abs, both too much.

    Msthick- You're doing great! keep us updated.

    I feel all out of the loop not exercising and eating crappy but I do what I can. I can feel baby move now but only when i sleep. It has some sharp kicks to that it will wake me up out of a dead sleep. Find out the gender in 20 days. So excited!

    I'm doing OK but could be a lot better. I haven't worked out too much. So much to do before Christmas, I've just been slacking and that's the worst thing to do. I'm gonna get back on track, I promise:-)
  • Wow, girls! Lots of new developments - congrats to the moms to be! Sorry to have been MIA for so long - things got nuts at work and I had some friends in crisis and that took priority for a while. I need to get back in the weight loss game big time or I will be unhappy when we go on vacation in February.

    A friend of mine is having good success with South Beach - have any of you tried it?
  • Dance-im glad you're back, I was worried since it wasn't like you to just drop off like that. I'm leaving on vacation in a week and am so mad at my weight right now. I'm above ticker but I refuse to move it. Christmas time is so hard for weight loss. I will get back to losing, something has to work out. Merry Christmas to everyone, hope your day is bright and cheery.

    Ok, we've got a week until your vacation - let's make the most of it! I have a week off from work (using up vacation days before they expire) and I'm planning on using it to turn things around and get back on the wagon myself. I'm going to try to avoid wheat and starches (rice, potatoes, corn, etc, but will keep eating berries and tomatoes and stuff like that) and am going to try to get in 3 miles of walking or running each day plus some situps and pushups. Wanna join me? Even if the scale doesn't move a ton, I've found in the past that cutting out wheat makes my tummy look a lot smaller right away which is always a bonus for fitting into your jeans.

    I'm at 183 now (4 up from my lowest point this summer) and I want to get back down to at least 175 before our trip in Feb.

    Did you guys have a good Christmas? Looking forward to hearing more.

    Hope you all are enjoying the holiday time with your families....
  • Dance-sorry it tok me so long. I started back working out and was down a few lbs this morning from last week. Chris got me just dance 3 for Christmas so thats keeping me moving. I'm doing the 7 day challenge on JD3. Eating is better, we don't have much food in the house since we will be gone but i have fruit and veggies. I wanna get out and walk but its only 16 here today, I probably can in Alabama.

    I was 189 this morning, wanna get back to 185.

    We had a good Christmas with family and friends. I ate way too much though. We'll have more Xmas fun in bama and my niece and sisters birthdays.
  • hi, i need support.. i can't do it by my own ok, when i am full i can lose any weight i want, but when i am hungry i cannot resist.. an apple isn't enough ever, i have to eat the food in my head or the highest fatty thing, i better say... so i am so done with losing a little bit and getting on more then i lost oooohhh that is always the same thing!! am i that weak??? so anyway, there must be a way to keep going.. please share your experiences with me

    Tuesday needs to be here! Sitting around 249 now toward the end of my 22nd week. Not looking forward to seeing the scale go up. Baby weighs about a pound now and is about a foot long.

  • Aj- He gift wrapped the box. I told him if he did any romantic stuff I would tell him no lol

    We have a baby BOY! He was very uncooperative for photos and measurements. But he spread his legs wide open! We didn't really get to see a face, just a profile.
  • Hello. I'm pretty new to this forum, been lurking for a couple weeks. I just started back on my weight loss goals yesterday and I could use some support. I've done this before, but fell off the wagon if you will. I lost 67 pounds, then gained 45 back. And, as I'm sure you all know, starting is the hardest part.

    So far so good, but it's only day 2.

    I'm calorie counting. I've done this before and I know it works. I've also joined a local exercise place. They don't have a gym, but they offer classes and have hand weights, bars etc to use during class. So it's a combo of cardio and weights, which is great. And I tell you, it's kicking my butt! After the first day, I could hardly walk for two days! The class is 3 times a week for a hour.

    Um... I guess that's about it for now.

    Mizzie- Welcome =) I have been part of this forum for years and I lost a ton of weight and gained it all back too so I completely understand. Good for you for being motivation. I can never get motivated at the first of the year because I always fail if I start then. lol. superstition I guess.

    Aj- He was butt up the whole time and refused to show his face. It took 40 minutes just to get a profile shot. So we couldn't do 3d. I seen 3d of his butt though lol We do plan on going and getting a private one done around 31 weeks.
