PRAYER REQUEST ~ My SIL (DH's sister), DENISE, was in a car accident many years ago; but she still has problems today with residue back pain. She was mentioning that she would like prayer for her back to heal so she can have some relief ... Thanks.

Hi, just wanted to let you know that my neighbors daughter lost her fight yesterday. She was in the hospital for 4 months and they did surgery last week and put in 3 stints-- then put her on blood thinner to protect her heart from a clot, but didn't realize that she was bleeding internally and shouldn't have had the blood thinner. Very sad for them. I looked out in the front yard this morning and they had the flag lowered to half mast..made me get teary eyes for sure. Now the family needs our prayers for healing. Thanks everyone.

Thank you all for your prayers! I went to the doctor today and she said that the bump most likely is my lymph node swollen from being sick. It has gotten smaller over the last 2 days too. Relieved!


Now for another request...

My mom had a mammogram last week and it showed that she has an ovoid density in one breast. It is 7mm and round with no spider leg looking things, so I'm faithful and hoping that it isn't cancer, but she is really worried about it. My grandma was diagnosed with breast cancer about 2.5 years ago (and beat it!) and since then we've all been worried about getting it. Please keep my mom in your prayers! She has to go back for more testing. I will let you all know what happens.

UPDATE ~ just wanted to let you know that my Uncle GARNET came through his reversal surgery well; he is recuping right now. Later, they will give him more chemo treatments as well.

UPDATE ~ the doctors have decided to delay PAT BELAIR's surgery as his tumor is too big and is in an awkward place in his abdomen. They are going to give him chemo or radiation now to shrink the tumor before surgery. He also has a troublesome boil on his back that won't go away; and he could use prayers for that too.

PRAYER REQUEST ~ my cousin (Deb M) is preparing to have gastric bypass surgery; if she has it, she could use prayer for the surgery & recovery. I will keep you updated as I find out more.
