Ok, it's Saturday. I have been a very good girl all week. How come I am still at 148? Today, my "have" is not matching my "want." There is a temptation to make myself sad and I'm not going to do it. Last weekend was similar and, by Monday, things were different... I had lost a pound.
I know we lose in percentages, so the less we weigh... the less we can lose at any given time. (Wish there was a smilie for a woman forgiving herself.)
