  • Wow everyone is doing great! I took a little hiatus this last week or so from dieting and weighing. I was getting tired of not seeing the scale move fast enough. Well I'm pleased to report that I am down to 172 as of this morning! Four more to goal!

    I think I'm just gonna stick to once a week weighing for now.
  • I might weigh in tonight if my weight get's low enough. But if not I will weigh tomorrow. I have been really bloated all week-get it? Anyways so looks like everyone is doing AMAZINGLY! Great job you guys!

  • Hopebewild daily weighing was really getting me down! So I put the scale out of sight and out of mind till Sunday! It is so much better for my emotional health!!! It has helped me tremendously!!
  • Thanks WannaSkipandlaugh and ShaMac! Like I said I only weigh once a week so I was SHOCKEDwhen I stepped on the scale!

    Question. I weigh myself till the same number (good or bad) comes up three times in a row. Just to make sure that is what it really is! Does anyone else do that?

  • Well that was an awesome weekend! I had a really active day yesterday mowing the lawn and I've finished the weekend another 1.0lb down! Back to work now so there will be a small increase tomorrow probably and then some smaller but hopefully steady losses the rest of the week. This May 1 goal is gonna be close!

    Took a 3FC break over the weekend. Had a great weekend, idk what the H-E-double-hockey-sticks is up with this 3 pounds!!! I cleaned ALL day yesterday and pulled weeds, literally barely sat down all day. Have no idea. Trying not to sweat it, but it bugs me.
