I'm back to my emotional ways of eating..Yesterday I just couldn't stop snacking..I ate 50 points for the day..at least I tracked it and used some of my weekly points..
It's just hard..I now all of you know this.
I just want to eat and eat eat..I had a good breakfast today ( coffee, 2 egg omelette with lots of veggies( carrot, celery, green peppers, onions) on a tortilla..just so I would be filled up and less likely to snack...
Craving carbs , just want to eat lots of toast with lots of butter and jam..or maybe lots of pancakes with butter and syrup..grrrrr..its raving in my head like an addict!!!!

I'm fighting it..but it's sooo strong...
I want to lose the weight that is my motivation..gotta get past the 250's...anyone else have food thoughts like mine, what do you do to overcome it??
