You have just violated rule #1 on weighing yourself: Never weigh after eating!!!!!!! Why would you do that to yourself? Just wait til you've had some time to adjust to all the salt you ate in the chinese food (and time to digest your breakfast!) and weigh yourself first thing in the morning after using the bathroom. I bet your weight be down.
