hard. When you decide to do it, be prepared to be sore the entire first week and part of the second. There are things that I can't do (or as the trainer says, there are things I "presently struggle with"), but the program is good about showing you modified versions and giving you options. I have been trying to embrace the program's mantra: "Do your best and forget the rest." Honestly, I love it, but it's
not easy. You need to be able to dedicate about an hour and fifteen minutes every day, and if you fall off the wagon, it's **** getting back on.
