alright girls, i’m super frustrated. I’ve been eating my 1500 cals religiously and it just seems like NOTHING IS HAPPENING. maybe I cheat more often than I let myself believe? if i do eat something higher cal/unhealthy, i counter balance it with drinking lots of water and eating quality, low cal meals the rest of the day/the next day. I even turned down movie theatre popcorn and mini candy bars yesterday, even though i was hungry!
the one thing i can think of to do is get more cardio. i do strength training 2-3x a week with my trainer, and cardio also on those days, but i don’t really get any otherwise bc i have sciatica (pinched nerve). some days are worse than others, but basically walking and standing trigger it, so it’s hard to force myself to go for a walk, etc. i don’t want to make excuses, maybe i should force myself to get some cardio in.
i’m getting really discouraged by the fact that i’m bouncing around 147/148 on the scale, and this time last month i was bouncing around 149/148. REALLY?! one pound in a month??
