Morning all im doing better now i actully walked a mile last night not much but a start i cant wait to get base clearance so i can hit the gym for free LOL

. So is it right that I can count my minutes from today tomorrow? So we are starting with 115 plus what i do tomorrow right? I post right away so I don't miss out again.
It's great to see him getting out there and exercising with you. My DH would rather sit in the recliner drinking his miller lite watching me bust my ***. 

But Monday I did about 50 minutes of the Dancing With the Stars workout, and today i am gonna do some Biggest Loser workout. I felt like poo yesterday so I slept alot. Also on Tuesday I resisted the urge to get a fast food breakfast and came home and had Raisen bran instead.
