Carol Sue, oh don't be sorry! It was yummy! In fact, I went back for more, and of course Carb Day is the only day I can have it, so I was happy to remember it was there!

I agree with you on the pumpkin pies. I wouldn't buy ones that were burnt. I don't like a burnt taste on anything. Some people like blackened fish or pork burnt ends. Not me! Every once in a while when I make chili, I'll get busy doing other things and accidentally forget to stir it in time and scorch the bottom and I get so upset (like you with your pumpkin pies), and I will stir that chili, over and over, and spoon out any black pieces I see till I can't see any more, lol. My DH thinks I'm a nut, but I really dislike burnt taste!

I ate so much sugar yesterday! I went back for 2nds on the mac & cheese and then late-late, like 11:45 pm, I ate more candy! I have to admit I was a little worried about today, about whether the carb cravings would stay with me, but thankfully, nope! I had my eggs and bacon and water for breakfast (have to get to the store for yogurt) and I'm good!

Even more incredible, I am still at 169.5 on the scale! I thought I'd weigh 175 today, lol!

Typically if I don't gain the day after Carb Day, I gain the day after that though, so I'm expecting a jump up tomorrow. Hopefully it will only be a lb or two and not up to 175.
