My scale stopped moving down today, but I'm a 10/10 anyway! Eating and water is on plan and I got a nice, long workout in!

The best way to handle weekends is to plan ahead for them. If you are afraid you'll go off plan, winging it as you go is probably not the best option, lol! If you end up going out to eat, before you go, maybe you could go online and look at the menu and pick some healthy choices, etc. Good luck!
