Had a great conversation with my counselor on weigh in today. She brought up the idea that we should just continue Metabalance through Feb then wherever I am to switch to stabilization. I should probably be at 150 (my goal), but even if I'm not we're going to switch as she thinks I may continue to lose even on stabilization. Perfect, I didn't even have to bring it up

So we talked stabilization a little. I think I'm motivated NOT to indulge in pizza on our trip this weekend but instead find a restaurant where I can get a good salad or Steak with broccoli.
