I figure I'll stay on the treadmill until I start week 3, and see how I feel about it. It's actually delightfully rainy here just now, and I'd love to go running in it with my doggy. I got new trainers too !
How does everyone else deal with the treadmill boredom??
I can't handle being bored on the treadmill, honestly - I'd much rather run in the rain than run on a treadmill. If I had to, I'd try to pick one in a spot where I could do some people-watching and I'd have a selection of excellent music (or audio-books) to distract me.
I just finished W5D2 last night. I didn't think I'd be able to do the 8-minute intervals, but lo and behold, it actually wasn't too hard. I could've kept going a little bit when I was done. So, maybe I'll be able to get Friday's 20-minute run. We'll see.
