  • 188. I'm starting to feel like I'll be here for ever.
    1100 cals today and exercise.
  • 184.6!!!!
  • 187. This is starting to feel like "how to stay in the 180s". Am back on plan 100% and committing to exercising at my prior level. Hope to see some movement soon.
  • Still 185 here and PMSing. ubergirl, I think we have been here LONG ENOUGH!!!!
  • I hear you. I entered the 180s on July 31st. Even though I weigh daily, my weight fluctuates a lot and I've been losing slowly so it took me a while to realize that I'd apparently reached the size where I was eating maintenance instead off weight loss.
  • Lyn and Hhchick, I'm HOPING that now that I'm settling into my new routine I'll start to lose again.
  • ok so my scale was all messed up, i bounced all over this month.. turns out something was under it.. removed it. sitting at 177 still so im outta hereeee
  • Yay, Lucid depths!!! See ya LATER!!!

Lyn-- let's get our butts out of here!! So I was 187 even today. Am very much on plan and was terrific about exercise....

    I think I'm primed for a loss.
  • 187 still. Back FIRMLY on plan after a few rocky days where a few handfuls of almonds somehow found their way down my throat...

Looking for a loss (and looking, and looking, and looking...)
  • ubergirl, let's push it til it GIVES!!

185 today but I am telling you, I am ON plan, determined, slugging back the water, walking every day... we ARE going to see change!
  • Up to 185.4 but I ate at the top of my range yesterday and TOM just ended (and unlike the rest of the world, my weight typically goes up a pound or so then).

Plan a lower calorie day today to get things headed back in the right direction!
  • 184 this morning
  • 186! Moved my ticker and hope it sticks. One more pound and I get to change my chickie.... but I'm sick and skipping exercise today.
  • 183.4!!

My first weigh in at 183.x)
  • 183!! A new low. Finally, I got to move my ticker down. It only took about a month...

    Keep on keeping on, guys!
