Selina - I'm bouncing around a bit weight wise also. TOM is approaching and I had an off plan weekend and there's 1.5 pounds hanging around.

Anna - Has Meara had any follow up appointments yet? MRI? I've been thinking a lot about her. Is she still sleeping with you?

I am as motivated by that show as BL because you can tell they really live by what they teach the others, and I get workout ideas. The seasons are so short it's over before you blink, but I imagine a lot of the stuff there is too ordinary to them, but I would love to watch more of them just training and working out without all the drama...but maybe ratings would drop that way, I sure would watch though.
My only complaint so far is they focus more on the personal lives of these trainers and not so much on people who actually NEED to be working out and losing weight, but the previews for next week look promising.
stuff!) I think I ate like 2125 calories that day... oh it was horrible. Good news is my body has come back down and I'm back to 203.
Finals were a pain in the A last night... but I got through them. I have class 4 nights a week the next 5 weeks so that will be interesting with trying to work out.
