Do banana's and pretzels too Ssarah, they're so lovely dipped in the chocolate, pretzels are low fat, and the chocolate being sweet with the crunchy salty taste is wonderful
Am in Illinois at the moment, half way through our road trip across the USA. Darling hubby is arriving in a few short hours, haven't seen him for a month and he'll be doing the rest of the drive with us...picture the scene, three adults, two cocker spaniels, a boot full of crap in a Hyundai Sonata....anyone jealous?

Not sure about beetroot and chocolate though! I love the Australian Women's Weekly recipes, I've got about half a dozen of their books and I use the Casserole one all the time.
