
Ya Hoo. Lost another 2.4 lbs. I'm hoping this keeps up. I've tried to setup a whole new plan and so far it's working.
1] Eat 6 mini meals Breakfast, snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack which add up to 1,200 per day calories
2] Reading and learning on how many grams and % of fat, carbs, protein etc...I can consume on a 1,200 per day calories program
3] Reading alot of info from the ladies in the 3FC Maintainers part of forum on how they lost their weight and have kept it off for years. How that losing weight takes alot of work
but its' well worth it in the end..
4] Started walking just a little but hey it's a start === need new running shoes that's for sure
5] Going to Weight Watchers and staying at the meetings
6] Changed my thinking about losing = even it's 1/2 lb. or stays the same at least I didn't gain!!
There is probably other things. I'm quite happy the way things are going and I really don't feel deprived at all.
