Today is the one year anniversary of the start of this thread. I am pleased to say I am 11 pounds lower today. In addition, I am proud of myself for still showing up. It would be so easy to just drift away and to stop trying. This is especially true because I am in a difficult stretch right now.
Breakfast Check-in: On track. I still want a junky fast food breakfast. However, the 800 calories is simply too high and I will not be able to compensate for it later in the day So hooray, one good choice made!.
Lunch Edit: On track. I ate more than I intended for lunch. However, I still have plenty of calories for dinner. I don't have dinner planned properly though. I should take a look at that.
Dinner/Final Edit: Off track. Thought I made okay choices for dinner but didn't add correctly. So over at dinner time today.
A few posts ago I was wondering if you burn more calories walking in cold weather. Turns out you do, an average of 34% more. If true, it would have keep me in a calorie deficit for a few of the days I was over. The true-sayer ( the scale) says it is not true for me.
