Good morning all! Well, the whoosh fairy definitely has NOT come by here! I am still bouncing around in the 142-144 range. I was hoping to permanent hit that 142 and then start "the bounce" in a lower set of numbers. Perhaps this will not be that week for me . . . I could end up at a standstill, and like a child I get anxious about that before tomorrow's weigh in.

I think tomorrow will have to be my last official weekly weigh in. With the kids starting school, the slow losses etc. I just don't know that going in there for my 10 minutes of fame is something I can continue. I can measure myself, so the only thing I will really miss is the little machine that assesses BMI/Body fat! It has been so close to the online calculators though I guess I can take comfort in that!

Well, I will be out & about all day so I cannot check in until tonight. Hope everyone experiences victories, big and smalle!

Good Morning my peeps!!!....am in a super mood this morning. I have my WI this morning but I am also getting my cousin started on the program. I was up at 5:45am wide awake because I am so excited for him. This is going to change his life for sure. Maybe he can get off of all the meds he is on. It will be better for his heart, that is what I am the most worried about. He is only 45 and has blockage in all of ways to his heart but too big to do open heart surgery. He would die on the table. So this is my way of helping him save himself!!!!.....Have a super great day and I'll let ya know how my WI goes!!!

I made the mistake of weighing myself 2 days in a row and I haven't lost anything in between days but I see my clothes fitting a bit nicer so I'm happy! My energy level has been pretty good so far today, I hope it keeps up!

coliep - you can get one of those omron gadgets from Amazon! I am with you guys - I'm Amazon Mom-ing it all the way... I just don't have time to do otherwise! Anyway, since you're also a busy mom, are you sure you want to give up that 10 minutes a week all for you?

Wuv - yay, you! I think it's great that you are giving your cousin the gift of health! I think too often we give the gift of fat (cookies, banana bread, you name it) and this is fabulous! I hope he has as much success with the program as you have so far!

HEY HEY HEY!!!.....Happy to report I am down 3 more lbs and 2.5 inches!! My cousin had his appointment this morning so he will be starting tomorrow. We went grocery shopping for things to get him started. He is at 264 and wants to get to 188. I do believe he will get it done because I will be like white on rice with him to stick to it!!!

Thanks, I didn't know there was such a site. If you find it out make sure to put a link so we can check it out. I know Pxlkitty made a spreadsheet that you put your info in and it tells you what percentage you are to your goal but that is the only thing I know of.

If you go to a clinic and they have you hold that stupid machine that does your hydration and your body fat index than you have an account.
All of your info is logged into their database.
Problem is I was I never given the link.

My clinic uses it...if its the Stayhealthy Dashboard. It is http://ip.stayhealthy.com/login. I was given the site, but not my login. It took me several trips to figure it out!
