  • Finally!

A perfect day. Food was healthy and well under my calorie limit and I jogged 4.3 miles.

2 of 13 [new 30 day post will be made on the 1st]
  • Today was my higher calorie day and I enjoyed it

Still within my range. Still on plan. Also got a workout in this morning too *w00t*

    10/11 - 11/19
  • As of today, six weeks left in this year. 42 days. A nice amount of time to keep making some more progress before ringing in the new year. I'd like to be on plan for all of those days, with allowances in my calories for a glass of wine or two on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'm happy with the strides I've been making, giving myself room and time to learn and experiment. I would like to keep asking more of myself, and continue growing to trust and rely on myself more, and keep changing things for the better as I move forward.

You're all so inspiring. Congrats Charms, Calluna, Wildthings, AngelicaLyna, Matt, Sea and anyone I may have missed, and good to see the "new" people too.

Today I will be on plan.
  • [QUOTE=Rosinante;3575371]So, I've decided to do a (slightly) higher carb but lower cal (1200) 30-day programme, based on the Carb Lovers Diet. My idea is that I'll stick with it for 30 days, then gradually eat back up to 1400 for Christmas.
Day 1: 171.2 11/17 1255.....I haven't got the book yet but decided just to go for it, and this was as near as I got.
    Day 2: 169.7 1214
    Day 3: 169.3 1189
    Day 4: 169.1
  • Lots more chores again today. I've been so productive it's almost frightening LOL

I'm calling it a solid successful day!

    10/11 - 11/20
  • It's 10:00 pm and I am just now eating dinner...so I am STARVING. However, I convinced myself to not make rice to go with my stir-fry even though I really wanted it. Technically, I could have made the calories work, but was going to have to cut down on my protein and/or veggies, so I opted to just skip it. So, another day on plan.
  • Another great day!

  • 11/19=
    11/20=

I'm not sick anymore so I plan to go back to my exercise program (Insanity by Shaun T) on Monday so I'll probably increase my calorie intake again. I cut out a lot of calories while I was sick so I could lose weight while I'm not working out. YAY!
  • Other than Nov 2 & 11, I've been good since Oct. 1.
  • 11-21 Yippee!
  • 4 of 13 was also a good day

I ran a bit and did a lot of walking. My food intact was under my calorie amount but not by all that much. I ate a bit more than usual, but probably exercised a bit more than usual too, so I guess it evens out.
  • We had our Thanksgiving dinner today. All went well and I stuck like glue to my plan. Very pleased

    10/11- 11/21
  • Another day checked off.

Charms - A huge congrats for sticking to your plan on your Thanksgiving. I've already resigned to the idea that Thursday will not be on plan.
