I meant to post this last night, but got caught up in Cyber Monday shopping! I'm happy to report I met my goals for November
I had my WW meeting and weigh in on Sat. and I lost another 1.6 pds. For a total of 9 lbs for the month
November challenge:
1. Lose 6 pounds
2. Learn 3 new healthy recipes
3. Add 1/2 mile to my walks
I also made some new recipes and added more to my walks
