haha i hear ya! i really pushed myself on my p90x chest and back workout 2 days ago, and i can feel it in my triceps today! it felt really good to work outside the box, and push myself out of my comfort zone, i felt stronger for it.
i'm meant to be doing arms and shoulders today- but its like midnight now, and i still havent done any exercise

i might just have to push myself extra hard tommorow mornig to make up for it!
maybe its a good thing i gave myself a day of rest cause my upper arms are abit sore.
