  • Quote: so im about to start this dvd tomorrow. im just wondering what happens after the 30 days? do you just repeat the most intense work out?
    After the 30 days I am doing her 2 new DVD's -

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. They are 50 minutes total so it's like doing 2 levels of the shred (There are 7 circuits!)
I also just got her 5 disc set The Biggest Winner.

    Good Luck!
  • Day 7 done!
When I'm done with my 30 days, I'll start to run 3 times /week, hopefully the snow will be gone by then. I will also start the hundredpushups and the twohundredsitups programs.. Then we'll see what I do..
  • I'll do day 8 now, Level 2 is getting closer, looking forward to it!!
  • Received my dvd in the mail today. I'll preview it tonight, for an idea of what to expect, and do it tomorrow.
  • Day 9 done! Only one day left of Level 1!!
  • Day 2 of Level 1. I can see where one might choose the 'silent' option, LOL. That's what I do for The Biggest Loser Cardio.

I really don't like how you can't fast forward through all the stuff in the beginning. I should probably make myself just use that time to do more warmup. Or go wash a sinkful of dishes

other than my picky-picky complaining I like it
  • Finally!! Level 1 is done! starting to get a little bored of it! Looking forward for the next level tomorrow..
  • I did day 2 today (before work), then I went for a run (after work) and did some weights.
  • I got the DVD in the mail on monday I watched it that night and thought I can do this. Hahaha silly me. Tuesday I did my first day of level 1 I was sore that night. I woke up today and was thinking I will just do some treadmil time today but I went ahead and did 30ds I felt much betterabout myself but I am really sore now. I am going to do this everyday. ( If I keep telling myself that I will do it)
  • Tabby,

Don't worry, I was so sore the first day too. I think its good to do some other exercise to mix it up and also give yourself a chance to get over the soreness.
  • Today is day 9 of the second level of 30 day shred. It is still really hard for me so I think that I will do it for 15 days instead of 10. All of the plank moves are really hard for me, but my abs are not really sore so I am wondering if I am doing it right. I have lost about 5.25 inches off of my body and about 5 pounds in the last 19 days of the shred. I only do it 5 days a week so it has been 4 weeks so far for me. Going to Def. keep it up and see what my end result is. I got my sister and mom hooked on it too, so hopefully they will do well also.
  • Today was Day 2 of level 1 for me. I will admit I follow the lower impact girl, but I can already tell that in just few days I will be able to amp it up a bit. I was really sore this morning but pushed ahead with the workout. Now I am sitting at my desk at work and feel things tightening up again...I think I will go for a walk during lunch to help loosen things up.
  • Hi everyone,

I'm new here, but I've just finished my 10th day of level 2. I'm planning to start level 3 today.

So far I am really disappointed with my results- I've only lost 1.6 lbs since I started (I've done it every day for 20 days) and this past week I GAINED .4!! I haven't lost any inches on my waist and only about 2.5 overall on my body (not noticeable at all...)
I'm also following WW, so it's not a matter of eating too much....it's so disappointing!! I still really like 30DS, and I feel like i'm getting a really good workout with it.....but i want to see the pounds come off!
  • I'm so glad I found this thread. I tried it today because it was on my onDemand channel. It was soo hard. I made it through almost all of it. It's sort of hard for me to. It puts a lot of strain on my back from the girls bouncing. I have a good bra, that works for other sports and high impact, but large girls are large girls. I'm going to try again tomorrow. It's a challenge.

Felt the need to say day 1, level 1.
  • I just did day 2 of level 2. It's so much harder than level 1. But I like it a lot!!
