Hi all - I am very confused (so what else is new!) I bought the pills two weeks ago and read everything including the book I bought seperately and I am still confused about how much fat I am supposed to eat, so I havent started!!! At 1600 calories how much should I have? Does it have to be equally divided by meal or just manage a daily total? What do you think would happen if I didnt do a phase 1,2 week and just started at a phase 3 level of fat?? I eat low fat cheeses and healthy peanut butter and hummus ( measured portions) but I think for Alli I would need to stop eating these foods and eat more carbs (even thought they would be healthy ones). What I eat currently fills me up and I have been losing weight so I just wanted to add the Alli but not sure if I will be starting off on the wrong foot.
