Good morning--- still waiting to hear news on Tim's Dad. If it was my family we would have the phone lines on fire with calls back and forth! But his family is so different, not saying they don't love each other just as much as my side does but they handle it different. At his age and his health in general I'm thinking that we are going to be making a trip to PA. very soon. I haven't said that to Tim though. Again, if it would have been my Dad we would have already been on the way! I'm not really looking forward to an 1100 mile road trip though. Anyway, I'll let you know what is happening as soon as we hear something.
Hope everyone has a good day.

What a change! Keep going!
- and after work today, dh & I went grocery shopping. Now it's 7:15, I have some chicken veggie soup thawing in the microwave, and just took some ibuprophen because my back is killing me. Four hour's worth of driving today up to Pittsfield and back, and I'm ready for a hot bath and early bedtime. Interesting and strange phenomenon on the highway, though. As I got further up the turnpike to where the elevation is the highest right smack in the middle of the Berkshire Mountains, the trees on one side of the 'pike were covered in snow - I mean, it looked like something out of a Currier & Ives winter wonderland print - and on the other side of the highway, the trees were all completely bare: not a trace of snow to be seen! I don't think I've ever seen anything quite so odd. It was like each side of the highway was in a completely different part of the country!
for anybody else's benefit a long time ago.
I hope his father is all right.
