Krista - I hear ya on those leftovers, I have a horrible nibbling disorder, lol. It seems we prepare so much for the event, soemtimes it's the aftermath that can sneak up on you. Hang in there and enjoy those walks!
Sandye - Oh sweet potatoes, I eat one almost everyday, lol, they are the second love of my life I must admit, but they are baked and plain with nothing on them, in fact I'm eating one right now, casserole sounds scary! I'm going to stick with two days of STing with the P90 videos and on those days do the abs as well and then the other days for cardio I'm going to be working through a triathlon training program w/o the swimming, so sort of a duathlon but I liked this program better so I picked it. It will also help cut down on the outside time a bit since it does get down to -40F with the windchill and running in -22F or below seems not to be a great idea, lol. Wow, dh is big, my goodness! I say it's always nice to look at a picture and see the whole picture and not just what you hate in it, so I count that as a success. So how many ppl are you hosting today? good thing you're so small now, all that work would have been doubly as exhausting before, have fun!
Gekster - Gosh, that must have been a shock, definitely hidden salt, lol, that would have been a bit scary but glad it's coming off as it should. Woohoo on that body bugg, that will definitely makes things easier for sure, congrats!
Mystical - Are you tracking your approximate deficit at all? We'll all help you figure it out, keep on keeping on.
Just a delightfully boring day around here, we went to the Santa parade yesterday and we were up pretty late around here so a bit tuckered out but a great day otherwise. Need to get some menu planning done before our trip to the city on Monday. Dh will be gone for a week long training course next week, so it'll be just us girls home, woohoo, parties everyday, lol. It will be rather easy planning a menu without the meat eater in the house I dare say
But it does mean that whatever I want cheap I better know before we go. Also, that pesky workout routine is still waiting to be finished. And on the incredible shrinking body front, down another 1.0lbs today to 142.0, only 2 big ones left, now that's a party!
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

Nothing at all on the agenda for the rest of tonight or tomorrow, so I'll be finishing up the quilt tops (ran into a snag last night and to undo some of my work--then I had to bake so I haven't worked on it at all for a couple of days now) and hopefully I'll start quilting them soon too!
I guess we'll be hard core then. I hope you're feeling alright this morning and the rings aren't all tight and such. Two is hard, so hats off to you on the first and next time well you'll know the second one is harder, lol, and life goes on. You're just so brave with Christmas baking, I'm not sure how much I could handle that in a severe quantity. I'm ok, with one batch of something but when we start getting into multiples, I get sketchy, kind of like Thansgiving, lol. HOw did the re-quilting go?
and I miss my time. I'm going to try and sneak one in today sometime since he's off b/c he's gone all next week and there's going to be no chance at all.
), but honestly--I'm not even the least bit angry or stressed about it. My whole reason for wanting to get to 130 is so that I can give myself a 5 lb maintenance buffer between 130-135. Frankly, for the first time in a long time--the numbers on the scale don't seem to matter much to me. So long as my clothes stay nice and comfy and I continue to eat right (this weekend aside
) and exercise--it's all good! Wow! What a weird place to be!!!
One is basted now and once the girls go to bed I'm basting the other one. Not sure when I'll start quilting them--I'm still a tad nervous. I want to practice on some scraps first.
