    I like the short term challenges for keeping my interest up. I check in at least twice a day to check the groups I am active in. You can "subscribe" to different groups and check them or have them sent to your email. I also spent a lot of time making, and spend time tweaking my tickers and stuff.
    You sound down, but I think a few days here will do you a world of good ;-)
    there are so many people here, that someone will be in a good mood no matter how badly you feel; and over time, vice versa
  • The support here is amazing! I love it! Nesh - just keep poking in, post something everyday.. it doesn't have to be weightloss relalted. We're all real people and realize that we have lives!!!

    I bought my wedding dress yesterday. The wedding is 3 weeks from today! AH!

    I'm So excited!!! I get to marry the man of my dreams!!! The dress looked good on me last night, after I ate dinner - completely bloated and right in the middle of TOM's visit.. so in 3 weeks it should be great!

    I'm still working towards being in the #170's for the "Big Day". This morning I was at #186.6... so it's going to take a LOT of work! I'm really going to be focusing on my arms and lower abs for the next 3 weeks. EVERY MORNING and then do my cardio w/ strength videos at night. I've been slacking and haven't done a woork out since last Wednesday! UGH!!! Today I'm doing push ups (in a few minutes) and then all 3 miles of the Walk away your waistline DVD tonight!!! I HAVE TO DO THIS!!!

    i ate ONE piece of pizza on friday. had not had any pizza since May. So yesterday I was up THREE POUNDS!!!
    So I cut back yesterday to see if I could get back on track. still up a pound. <sigh>
    so today I am back on my usual good food eating plan.

  • I am! Busy, busy weekend. Had a football game, went to dinner last night, car show today and I stayed largely OP except for dinner last night, had a few carbs there, but mostly OK.

    I plan to have a loss every single week, that is my goal. So I need to be in the 146's or lower by the end of the week.

    I think I can do that!
  • MM - I have a plan to lose BIG every week! I DESPERATELY want out of the #180's for the wedding - which means I need to keep my butt in gear! I KNOW I CAN DO IT!!! I snuck a peek at the scale this morning and I'm already down #1.8 since Friday.. amazing what happens when TOM leaves!

    Ok time to go spend time w/ my FIANCE!!! I LOvE IT!!!

  • Argh! I've been playing with this same 1/2 pound for about a week. One day, I'll lose it, the next day it's back! I just want it to go away already (along with many, many more)!!!! I'm gong to try to change up my diet a bit and see if that helps. More calories, but less carbs (I hope).

  • MM~Am I still on target for hitting my Christmas goal? I think it is 162. I got stuck in a weight rut, then gained 3# Now I am concerned I may need to step things up a bit. I still have my eyes on a sexy beautiful black dress. I want to look good in it.

    Ya all~I went to sit on my stability ball. It started deflating!! It didn't burst. As my bottom slowly sank to the floor I was thankful it didn't pop. I can get a new ball at the local sports store, not a problem. I can't do my ball workout. I was surprised. The ball has to be very close to 10 years old, a lot of good use out of it.   • pat - it's time for some new equipment! Oh and as of right now there's 14 weeks left until Christmas - so to hit #162, you have to lose #1.3 a week... COMPLETELY DOABLE!!!

    Mush easier then my #1.67 I have to lose! GAH!

    I'm still bound and determined to get to the #170's though! I am puching to get there for the wedding!!! SCALE GODS BE WITH ME!!! :
