Raff - wonder why you're not getting notifications? Come to think of it, neither am I. Just try to remember to check in from time to time. But I know I USED to get them.

Nichola - I totally agree. This weight loss thing isn't fast but we'll get there.

I think I'm going to start a new thread today. We're at 20 something pages. I'm not sure what the limit is? So follow me to the next thread (I'll try to come back and post a link!)!!!
