Welcome to the IP family Kitcamper, like USMC said its hard sometimes but very easy. I have been on it now 20 months and loss 220lbs, YOU can do this. Stick to the sheet and with the right frame of mind you are in right now it will be easy for you to do. Sounds like you have support at work so that is great! the more support you have the better you will be. Use this site as another tool for that support, most of us are here daily. I Know I am not a guy but I kinda gotta keep these guys in check....lol....if you have any questions we are all here for you and wish you the best of luck!Originally Posted by kitcamper

Jake, I am here, just working the 2 jobs a lot the past 2 weeks so no online time really. Had a good Christmas at mom's, drove back in that nasty storm on Christmas day though that was rough. My poor truck has dents in it from the hail we passed through. I really think I drove near one of the tornado's that was around, the boys were sleeping and one lighting struck so close they both jumped up, they thought I had wrecked it was so loud. But we made it home safe that is all that matters. They got me a butterfly charm for my weight loss bracelet and my mom gave me $60 so it was a good day.
I am off until Monday so I am sure I will be checking in more

(Don't be surprised when the time comes that at weigh in you don't have a weight loss. Just keep looking at the inches lost too. You will plateau, but you will jump right back in as a weight loss the next time.
