  • Woot! Made my December mileage and exercise goals! Finished up week 3 of the E210K yesterday. Overall feeling clean and new and ready for 2012.

    Happy New Years everybody.
  • 4.35 miles at 12:15 am to start the New Year off right! Time for bed.

    I was feeling great and the weather was perfect but the drunk driver traffic was starting to get heavy.

  • I am back but sick as a dog now. I gained a bunch but can really tell how being sick affects my weight. I will take a week in sick bay and report back next Sunday.

    Current Weight: 199.8 (can't bring myself to round off to 200 )
    Goal this week = 2 lbs.
    Walking = 20 miles
    DVDs = Start one dancing DVD & dance 3 times this week

    12 Week Goal: 25 lbs. loss by 3-25-12 (175 lbs)
    Long-term goal: 140 lbs.
