    I got in an hour of ea active this morning and took a long nap this afternoon. With all the talk about 30 day shred on here I might try and get that in tonight! Last time I stuck with it for 17 days and had lost crazy inches!

    I decided I'm going to try and get to the 125 goal. It seems like the last 15 pounds have came solely from my lower half and if that keeps happening I'll be very happy. We'll see what happens

    Off to contemplate 30 day shred lol

    I'm working now, but I have 15 min of work to do right now and then I'm free to do as I please until 8:30 and I think that 1913 treadmill they have here isn't being used . . . . . . So off I go . . . if I have to do 3 a days all week, I WILL PREVAIL . . .

    Side note: When I got to work, I have free time and guess what was on the TV . . . just guess???? One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest . . . SERIOUSLY . . . I thought I was going to roll on the floor laughing . . . (literally) . . .

    I was going to see if you wanted to do another Walk the Plank type challenge, but I think I like this better . . .

  • Oh my goodness Sarge I have to admit it..... I have not been success this week. I did not get going like I wanted to or should have! I am wining which is getting me no where. What the heck is wrong with me. I want this bad ! I am sorry..... I did not lose those 2 lbs I pledged. I'm sorry I did not walk those 20 miles I pledged......I want to do this . I think I have just been lazy. I don't have another excuse ! I"m sorry !!!!!!

    I plan to workout more and stop late night eating. I also plan to stop drinking Diet Coke. Thanks for bringing that to my attention !

  • Oh, haha sorry sarge LOL I pledge 2 ls for this week, I know I lost for sure 1 lb last week (maybe more but I only know about the 1 for sure) so we will see how I do this week. I would be happy with 2 lbs Way behind my goal for independence day but eh thats ok, im still hanging in here!
  • I'd like to join this too!! Hopefully I will be able to find it again!! LOL

    I want to lose at least 2 lbs this week, and at least 3x 5 km runs . As well as a couple more work outs!! I have my 10 year reunion on July 30...want to get healthier by then!!
