I have a question, I noticed you brought up birman I was actually thinking about her just today... so can you still burn fat and be in ketosis but increase your calories but just keep your carbs low? I am sure it wouldnt be as fast but is it still possible? Or does keeping your calories & carbs low put you in ketosis?
Worked out again today.... gonna try to get in some yoga.... I used to really enjoy it, I had an instructor that was a buddist monk, she was really cool, we have a new place opening up, so I may check it out. Pilates... Callenetics....I even have a TRX..... really had I been doing all this stuff I probably wouldnt of had so much weight to lose




I felt the same when I hit my 30 lb mark last week...here's to us continuing to be "losers!"
