Melissa -- I agree on counting the shoveling as exercise! It is tough work! And doing it once is punishment enough, never mind twice! We don't have snow over here yet (Canada) which is really odd. Congrats on trying weight watchers - you're braver than I am. I'm too chicken to meet with other people in the room. Is it true everyone has to weigh in together? I knew someone who did it (way back when) and said they had to weigh in as a group. I guess that can be pretty darn motivating though!
lol.Laura -- We all have those days. It can be SO hard to get over (mentally, we tend to keep beating ourselves up about it), but you can do it. The fact that you're sticking with exercise just goes to show how strong and determined you are to stay on track. Don't worry about one tough weigh-in, it could go either way, you just might surprise yourself! You rock!

-Yello.

So I ate it. I went WAY over calories and I felt like poo for doing it. Then I wake up this morning and my tummy is KILLING and and I am thinking y'all can figure out the rest. My body is rebeliing against fast food. I think that's cool but a painful lesson for me, lol!
