BTW my diet was shot all to heck these last 2 days. I've had bread at least on 2 ocassions and sugary tea. Have to start all over tomorrow. I was enjoying my losses too much to not re-start it.

Dana we are not sure why he ishaving such trouble now. He thinks it might be carpel tunnel. So I just have to pray that God will do/heal him as he sees fit. Jason wakes up in the middle of the night about 5 or 6 times and has to walk around to get things feeling better. So then he sleps late being as he didn't slep. Men are dorks he keeps me awake also but I don't get to sleep in.
I admit that I had the same thing happen to me the other night at a hmmm wrong time? I had a sharp searing pain in my right shoulder and then my whole arm went numb. It scared me and laster when I told Jason he said that is what happens tohim all the time. Sharp pain in his spine and then hands and arms going numb.
I know when he eats right and DRINKS WATER he is better feeling. Why he wont drink water like he needs to I have no idea. That came from massage therapist that have worked on his back. Thay have all told him to drink more water. Each time I have had a massage *in the hospital when Megan was there* noone ever told me I wasn't drinking enough water.
What did you think of Idol tonight? I can't watch it for another hour. DOes anyone here take Claratin? It says non drousey but dang 2 hours after I take it I have had to take a nap. Today it was just like 15 minutes but I was totally dead to the world!

Hello Ladies, I see I have missed a lot. Dana, you are so lucky the fire didn't do more damage. I hope the dr. finds out what is wrong with Kevin. You all are in my prayers as well as Deb and Daphne. Gayle you are in my prayers also. Congrats on the new job. Congrats to all of you that have lost weight. I am having no success at all. I can't get in the right frame of mind to do this and when I do, my sister just shoots me down, by telling me that whatever I am doing it isn't working or the reason I'm not losing is because I am taking in to many carbs. She hasn't lost any weight either. She has been on 4 different diets since Jan. I am walking some now. When I started walking, I couldn't hardly make it around the track 1 time. I am up to 3 laps now. This week I will work toward walking 4 laps. Everyone is fine. My girls are doing good, except for my 16 year old I had to take her to the ER on Easter night. Her blood pressure was 149/101. She is still having troublew with it. Our DR. has put her on a low sodium diet and I have to take her blood pressure every day and keep a log and take her back in 2 wks. She went to her first prom last Sat. night and she was so beautiful, I almost cried. I had to have a biopsy about 2 wks ago but it was fine. and I am so glad. Well I need to go. Hopefully I will be able to post more often now.

Gayle, bless your mom's heart and yours too. Is she any better now? I will be praying for her and you to cause I know what a strain it is to look after anyone. She may be at the point to where she doesn't need to go anywhere alone like that anymore. It's too much of a scare for anyone. Thank goodness the custodian walked by. Your mom needs to carry a phone or something around with her. I hope that she recovers by the time you read this. What a terrible way to spend mother's day. Has anyone called to check on you two? That's real good hours to work and to save on rent too. How could you ask for much more. I find myself almost in the same rut you were in last week. Our insurance is due the 8th of every month and I didn't have the money to pay until the wed. the 12th which puts us in a grace period right now. Just pray we don't have any wrecks until i make that online payment in 3 days. It makes me nervous. kevin's check this next week will only be 23 hours compared to the 36 he would have had for the week because of his hospital ordeal. He is going to paint his mom's living room maybe tomorrow for $50 which anything at this point is a help.

The kids only have 2 full weeks and then 2 half days of school left before summer. I know they are counting them down and it will save money in the long run cause they have to have money every day it seems for something.

Deb when will you know something about that apartment "upgrade". How many bedrooms do you guys have now? We have 3 ourself and the boys have to share. I wish more than anything that we at least had 4 bedrooms. Me and my sister didn't have to share and I hate it that they have had too this long. Was Lenny any better to BJ for mothers day? What did you get? I got a plant stand that has 6 shelves and picked out some plants. I have violets, a cactus that's neat, lucky bamboo that's really popular around here, jade and a real neat dish like thing that has a frog sitting on a log with several plants in it. I picked it all out of course. We got our mom's plants/flowers as well. My mom really loves getting stuff like that but not sure about MIL. She's never said anything when she gets them. We got her a gallon pot of daisies and Hosta.

Daphne hope you had a great day today as well. Did you get any treats?

Well A storm is approaching here but otherwise it's been a pretty good day. Just some relaxing is all I've done. Hope you all have done the same.

BTW gayle, I forgot to say congratulations on the weight loss. Don't let the stress gain it back on you. I seem to have been on track the last week myself. I try to update my signature to see what I've done. I'm not as stiff on the low carbs as I have been but noticing more of what I eat now.

Dana what about Kevin? Has there been any change yet? I can't belive the Summer break is here so soon. Tony gets out June 3rd I belive and the kids here June 18th. They don't go back until September though. How are the kids doing anyhow? How have you been holding up?

I got nothing for Mothers Day from Jason. The kids made me gifts in school. I had told Robert and showed him a bracelet that I wanted at target, I also show my neighbor and her hubby. They all told Jason what it was. Jason being a man didn't take them seriously. I admit that it has really hurt me. It was a crummy 20 dollar bracelet. I didn't even get a card from him. I said something to him and he said *you are not my Mom* I said *yeah but I am a Mother to YOUR children and I sent your Mom a card and she isn't my Mom* He just shrugged and said *if I wanted it that bad why didn't I buy it?* OK I had wanted him to care enough to do something sweet for me. It hurt more than he will ever know. I have so much money each week and I choose to use it for food and his kids. Pltttttt now i will buy what I want when I want it.
He has been thinking I don't do **** during the week. I found a note he had written in anger. He also feels that I turn him away concerning sex. Yeah I did that 3 times last week when I was so sick I was wanting to die. I prefer a man love on and cuddle me and not just put fingers in places all the time. I am very angry about the note still can you tell? The house wasn't great but wasn't bad. I was also doing the yard work and planting flowers and stuff. He didn't notice any of that. Just that the place was not dusted and a few small things. I tell ya what, Thursday when he got home myhouse was spotless. I madew sure to clean it spotless each day he was here. All but Sunday and that is cause I was mad.

My weigh in this morning 244.5! I have to run as Deb is catching up to me. it's not too hard to lose when there's really nothing to eat in the house anyway is it? I am looking at a sales paper that's advertising triple coupons this week and I have to make a small list. Kevin's check will be only 23 hours this week due to his hospital stuff and we already have one of his loan people keep calling here but I don't answer. It was $134 due on the first and I"m afraid they will have to just threaten until next week. I had to pay my insurance this morning which I did so that's half the check already. I wish a small job would just land in my lap that I could do 2 to 3 days a week when he was off. Now that my background is clear, it does give me small leverage to at least look through the newspaper to see what's out there which isn't much I know.

Deb you need to change your signature to reflect your daily losses. I am going to do that in a minute as well when I think of it but yours is "weigh" behind.

Daphne how is things now? I can't believe jason doesn't worship you for what you have given up for his children. You are entitled to daily gifts girlfriend. And the sex thing, that's funny how so many people can be different and alike. I very seldom am in the mood. It's really lucky for once a week and then I don't want too. Kevin would daily if you ask him. A lot of my problem (if there is one) is my Birth control pills. They are tri-hormonal and it's in the middle that I don't mind giving in but you can't bother me the other 3 weeks. I go to the Dr. in aug for my annual and I am going to have them changed if he will just based on that. How did your yard sale go?

Gayle are you working hard or hardly working and how is mother? Is there anything more her Dr. can do for her? Let us know what's going on when you can.

Dana....Congrats on the Weight loss!!! I changed my signature to reflect todays lose myself! I am so sorry that you are having to dodge the bill collectors...we do it all the time. I have caller ID on my home phone and if it says "out of area" or no id---we don't answer it! I know how stressful it is though. I can't believe your DH doesn't have sick pay...that's terrible. Did you get any good bargins with your coupons and ads?

Well, I met the surgeon and took the gallbladder class yesterday. They want me in surgery ASAP, so they scheduled me for the 27th. My attacks were more likely pancreatitis, caused by gallstones which could be serious if I wait to long on surgery. The doctor said I must have a high tolerance for pain, since I didn't end up in the emergency with these attacks. But, I got them in the middle of the night and I couldn't drive myself or leave my kids at home alone so I just suffered through them. The Dr. said that if I have another one I need to go straight to the emergency room. I am just hoping to make it till the 27th w/out another attack.

I am also praying the surgery goes well and that I am fine....everyone I have talked to about the surgery said it was no big thing. BJ will come down and drive me to the hospital by 6am and if it all goes well, I will be able to come home the same day. I am trying to be positive about this, but I have to admit...sitting in the class yesterday...I got a little scared and had to really work to get my breathing undercontrol. I was having a mild panic attack...it finally sunk-in... that I am really going into surgery...which is scary. At the end of the class they had a video about positive thinking and how it helps people recover...so I am really trying to tell myself that "the operation will be a success and I will heal quickly with no pain".

To change the subject...I haven't heard anything about them coming into my place to do an inspection...I thought it was suppose to be M-T-W, but Wednesday is almost over and still no word. I am just trying to keep the place looking good for them when they do come in. I was up till 11:45 cleaning up after the kids..(I had only planned on changing into my PJ's and making my breakfast and lunch, but there was still dishes to wash and the stove to clean off etc... So I spent 45 minutes cleaning up and I wish I could of ran a vacuum, but it was to late and we have neighbors. Anyway, I wish they would get it over with...the waiting is driving me crazy.

Well, I have to go back to work.

OK I am here. I must say I have a nice clean house! I am still fighting allergies and/or cold. I will go to Dr. next week if it isn't any better. I am gaining weight and sleeping a lot. Can we all say depression? The sun is out so hopefully it will get better. I might have to start tanning again to get back to being me!
Deborah can I call you tonight? I am so worried about you sister! I am so happy that the Church is backing you and offering to get you to ER if you need it. Swallow that pride and go if you need to I mean the kids need a mama! What about the apartment? Any news yet about that?
Dana what is going on with Kevin? Did you make that car payment that was late? Would you be able to babysit your nephew this summer for money? Does your Walmart have the new card making stuff? Go and buy you the hammer that they are selling. It works great I love mine. Have you thought of selling cards at a craft fair? If I wa rich i would give ya the money to get ahead my dear friend.
