Way to go! I know that after two weeks I'm starting to feel better, sleep better and I don't spend 22 out of the 24 hours of the day thinking about food!!! and not the good kind...
Well I believe in the 'pass it on' philosophy so ladies if you did not get those good vibes I'm sending them your way!



. I am down a total of 16lbs since I started a the end of may and now. I am finally starting to see it in my face and feel it in my clothes. I am very much looking forward to going down a size cause that was always my biggest motivator to carry on. 
Have a lil tantrum and keep on goin!
seems most of my slips start with a glass of wine. So...want to get back to where I was, and then keep going.
