I had this last night for dinner! YUMMY! I have the rest of the meat cooked and ready for tonight!

So excited that I found the recipe page yesterday! This is my 6th week and I hadn't seen that page yet, so most of my food has been pretty bland...it's nice to switch it up!

I'm going to try and find something that I can fix my family for Friday/Saturday nights dinner that everyone will enjoy!
