yes, that is helpful information.
I had a list of questions, both mine, some from the internet and a list from 2 of MIL's daughters, but since he was not talking about treatment yet, there really wasn't too much to ask. I had done some research before the apt so I understood the terms he used so I didn't have to ask questions about those things.
He may have said "hormonal" treatment, or hormone pill, who really knows, but I believe it is what you are doing. He tried to keep it very very simple for MIL, I believe. He just said "pill" and that is what she remembered, that maybe all she would need was to take a "pill".
She gets confused very easily, even when I was just talking about them sending the apt times in the mail, she looked at me like it was a chore for her to follow what I was saying.
That is a very fast turn around for the results you have with your tests. The main test he is waiting on is the genetic testing on the cancer itself with is no less than 3 to 4 weeks.
I will probably call today or tomorrow, I haven't gotten anything in the mail yet about apts.
Edit: I called the Drs office and they said that the tests won't even be until mid June because they don't need to be. She will be seen back in the office on June 22. Nurse said that if it was important, the tests would have all been done in a week and she would have been asked to come back sooner.
