  • I missed a whole thread? O.0. Life has been so hectice these last few months, its a wonder ive lost the weight I have! LOL than god ive stayed on track the last 2 weeks (mostly) tho I did find out that lovely 267 I saw on the scale? It was a very very dehydrated 267..how do I know? cause later that night I was in the er for dehydration....Guess I didnt drink enough water....don't know how..I didn't drink any less than normal :\ ell Im at 272.8 today so even tho I lost It still looks like a gain Meh.
  • I just got back from mowing the yard. I'm beat. Need a shower. I smell like yard. Ick! But I got in those 4 miles and burned a whole lotta butt-er out there!

    Shower here I come!

  • Welcome kuri and Anonymously! We love new recuits! Just don't wimp out. Sarge won't like that at all!

I just got out of a long, soaking tub bath. I smell (and feel) so much better now!

Hmmm....trying to figure out what to fix the family for dinner. It may just be leftover turkey spaghetti since we probably need to eat that soon. I made it yesterday.
  • New recruit Diyana reporting:

    Lost: 3 lbs

    6/26 - 7/2

Congrats Reso on getting to Onederland!!

    to all on your achievements!!
  • Kuri and ANON:

This is a NO EXCUSES thread so come willing to BUST YOUR BUTT-ER, have a few laughs and report EVERY WEEK!!

SARGE usually likes this "format" when you report (Sarge is gettin' kinda old and . . . well you know how old people are . . . SET IN THEIR WAYS . . .

    Anyway, sample is below

    Loss: 3.1/Pledge 2 pounds/ Trekked: 22.3 miles

Edit: Oh SARGE would like you to make the above "REPORT IN" a separate thread from everything else, then if you want to do personals or say something else, well, make a new post . . . DA*N OLD PEOPLE . . .

The trekking (as you will see in some of our siggy's is a virtual trip we are taking across America. If you look just a few post up from where you posted you will see a link to our "virtual trip" You are welcome to join if you'd like, we don't pledge trekked miles (well ok a few do as goals) we just report how many intentional exercise miles we walked, jogged, biked, treadmilled, etc (basically anything you can measure)

OK, a loooong intro . . . Welcome and ENJOY,

Oh, one thing: BEWARE OF BIG OLE CANS OF WUP A** . . . .
  • Whoops, forgot about the separate post to report in to make Sarge's life easier! MadamGoo - that's an awful lot of smack talk going Sarge's way! You cruising for a bruising?
  • Ditto on the others welcome to Anon & Kuri!!!

Hey Nurse Ratchet Gooey-- "Sarge set in his ways?!?!?!" & "OLD?!?!?!"
Oh, it's game on this week!!! Willing to put your pounds where your mouth is...I bet I lose more than you this week!!! Good, I needed something to focus on this week!!!!

Keep those reports rolling in... I'll update our trek status tomorrow, but we're in KANSAS troops! So far for our little ragtag group! I'm looking into a side trip to Wizard of Oz museum...off to see the Wizard to realize all our dreams! Get some courage, heart & brains!
  • celrae ... Im also on the 4 hour body challange (as of 6/8/11) and lost about 10/11 lbs so far. Also started exersizing after joining the group (did 10min Pilates and Px90 streaches before with rec kayaking and mnt biking here and there)

Anyway I totaly hear you about the ho-hum of food after a while.
A few things I eat for brakefast/ideas for you : deviled eggs / protine shake / stake ums with fried egg on top /asparagus .tomatoe .onion on poached egg /whipped egg with onion poured in slices of ham thats lined a muffin tin than bake (like lill mini egg souffies) / scrambled with diff veggies in. Hope it helps brake up the boredom lol. {I miss my cheeeeeeeeze } lol

I try to think of it as just the day Im in. There is no months ahead. There is no yesterdays. Just this day. And this day I made a decidion to eat as much protien as possible/ get in as much water as possible / excersize as much as possible and when I have a craving ~ I pretend that I had just finished eating it. lol

Ya know the saying "if I could have just gone back in time and changed that moment" ? thinking of every day as "that moment" helps me stay motovated.
  • Me1stAllways- Thanks for the suggestions. I have been doing this thing one day at a time and it has been working, just a little slow right now.
