Hello,
I just got back from Zumba...I'm trying to cool off before I go heat up my veggie and rice soup for lunch.
I have Yoga tonight. That is such a nice class and I need it. Over the years I've kept a lot of my flexibility but my hip-flexers and shoulders get really tight and that class is helping with that.
I'm hoping for a good loss tomorrow night. Did anyone watch BL last night? I felt badly for Kristen when those scales went up. Even Bob couldn't explain how that happened. Our bodies are just like that sometimes.
Mindy: I can hear your frustration..but good for you for fighting back with exercise.
Ward: We are glad you are here with our group! Day 7!! Good for you..way to go!!
